| 摘 要： | 随着电力系统规模的日益增大，系统稳定问题越来越严重地威胁着电网的安全稳定运行，如何实现对复杂电网在线稳定监控成为一个备受关注的问题。文章分析了影响秦皇岛地区电网安全稳定运行的主要问题，根据目前网架结构和供电设备存在的薄弱环节，提出应对措施及电压稳定监控软件的控制策略。

| Abstract: | Along with the ever - increasing scale of power system, there are more and more stability troubles threatening the safety of the power grid. Thus, it is an attentive focus to realize the on - line supervision of complex power grid. The paper deals with the major problem influencing the safety and stability of grid operation in the area of qinhuangdao. Reffering to the weak parts existing in current grid structure and power supply equipment, the paper paper presets countermeasures and the control strategy to use the monitor software of voltage security. |
