| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育大众化时代的到来,传授真理、培养人才成为大学的基本使命,然而,大学教师在履行职责与使命时出现了一些问题,因而要讨论大学教师的角色要求。这需要明确大学教师存在的最终价值、根本意义,它是教师角色的本质规定,规定着教师从事职业活动的职责要求以及教师完成教育工作的具体要求。

| Abstract: | Various views regarding the college thacher's roles have been expressed but most of them merely address such questions as what the teacher should do and how he should do it.However,when exploring the college teacher' s roles,the more important and fundamental question is not what particular contents the roles include,but the ques- tion "What is the teacher?" which is the prerequisite for the above propositions.An essential thinking approach to the study of the college teacher's roles is,rather than merely in the dimension of knowledge and skill,to study the college teacher's roles in terms of the changing social context,which helps the approach to the understanding of the college teacher's roles. |
