摘    要:由叠氮乙酸乙酯1与氯化苄反应,合成叠氮化合物2,2与三苯基膦发生Staudinger反应制得膦亚胺3,3与异氰酸苯脂、肼通过串连aza-Wittig反应合成了3个新的咪唑啉酮衍生物5 a~5 c。用元素分析、IR1、H NMR表征了它们的结构。发现碳二亚胺与肼加成反应后再生成咪唑啉酮环时具有一定的选择性。

Abstract:The azide 2,obtained by the reaction of azidoethylacetate 1 and benzyl chloride,was allowed to take Staudinger reaction with triphenylphosphine to give iminophosphorane 3.The imidazolinone derivatives(5a~5c) were synthesized by a tandem aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane 3 with aryl isocynate and hydrazine.The structures of the compounds synthesized were confirmed by elemental analysis,IR and 1H NMR.The cyclizing reaction of imidazolinones has a certain selectivity.
