| 摘 要： | 现代学校发展强调组织最优化以及教师自身学习发展最大化的共向互动关系.本文阐明教师能力在学校管理和发展中的核心作用,要在基于"人本管理"理念的基础上,推进"能本管理",以充分发挥教师的潜能和个性,突出其积极性、创造性和发展性,从而激活和推动融合于"能本管理"之中的教师生命成长和学校的可持续发展,并据此制定相应的实施策略和措施.
