| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆实行开架借阅后，使读者在图书馆享受的自由权扩大了很多，然而却经常出现不尽人意的违规现象，针对如何从根本上抑制或减少违规现象的蔓延，提出了对高校读者进行诚信教育，签定诚信协议书，建立诚信管理档案等一系列措施，培养学生成为诚实守信的人。

| Abstract: | Since the introduction of open access in academic libraries, the readers enjoy wider scope of freedom, however, some unsatisfactory phenomena frequently occur. Aiming to controlling and reducing such phenomena, the author proposes that universities and colleges should carry out credit education to the students, sign credit agreements with them, and make credit files for each student so as to cultivate the students to be honest and promise-keeping persons. |
