摘    要:目的探讨"高住低练"过程中,运动员安静时血清酶的变化规律.方法20名运动员随机分为高住低练组和低住低练组,每组10名,分别测定运动员在此过程中安静状态下血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的活性.结果在高住低练的初期,运动员血清CK、LDH活性明显高于对照组,而高住低练4周后,血清酶活性则明显低于对照组,并可连续到高住低练后2周.结论提示运动员在2 500m高度进行4周高住低练,机体对缺氧负荷和运动负荷的适应后,能降低由于运动引起的血清酶活性的升高,对防止肌肉组织的损伤和增加细胞膜的稳定性有一定的作用.

Abstract:This paper discussed the changing rule of serum enzyme at rest for athletes during the course of living high and training low.20 athletes were divided randomly into tow groups,living high and training low group and living low and training high group,10 athletes for each group.The activity of serum CK,LDH and ALT at rest were tested separately during the course of living high and training low.The result showed that at the beginning of living high and training low,the activity of serum CK,LDH was obvious higher than that of control group.After four weeks,the activity of serum CK,LDH was obvious lower than that of control group.It suggested that during the four weeks of living high and training low in altitude of 2500m and after adaptation to hypoxic and training load,the body could reduce the raising of serum enzyme activity induced by training.It had certain influence on preventing muscle injury and increasing the stability of cell membrane.
