| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的发展和对外开放的不断深化,从事国际贸易和跨国经营的企业越来越多,各种经营模式的国际商务活动融入到国际市场竞争大潮中.在国际商务活动中,跨文化障碍已成为企业经营国际化亟需破解的难题之一.因此,了解国际商务活动中跨文化理论演进、识别不同国家在商务活动中的文化特征表现;重视文化差异对企业经营的影响及发展趋向、选择适宜的解决跨文化难题的方法--文化重组与创新,则是企业经营国际化的关键步骤.

| Abstract: | With the development of economic globalization and open to the world deeply, more and more enterprises make all kinds of business internationally. The different models of international business practice are melting into the international market competition. In International business practice, cross-culture obstacle must be solved by transnational operation. In order to make international business practice succeed, Chinese enterprises should understand cross-culture theories, identify culture characteristic of different countries, emphasized on influences of business practice and evolution, and choose the suitable countermeasures-restructuring and innovation to solves the problems. |
