| 摘 要： | 从人力资本增值的角度探讨了应用型本科人才培养的模式,提出产学合作教育是应用型本科人才培养的主要模式,这种模式可以促进应用型本科人力资本增值的实现,进而分析了产学合作教育的难点,并就此提出了促进应用型本科产学合作教育的建议.
