| 摘 要： | 学校体育面临青少年学生的体质逐年下降和体育伤害责任的认定无法可依的尴尬困境。其走入困境的归因,在学校体育层面,主要是体育课程难以保障;体育资源难以满足;体育安全难以立法。学校体育深化改革,需要更新体育理念,强化体育政策,抓紧体育立法,加大体育投入,深化课程改革,实行齐抓共管。

| Abstract: | School physical education is facing the difficulties of the declination of the youths＇ physical health and lawless affirmation of physical harm responsibility. Reasons from the aspect of school are mainly the lack of guarantee of PE curriculum, unsatisfied PE resources and lawless PE security. Further PE reform should be taken with innovation of PE concept, enhancing PE policy, strengthening PE legislating, increasing PE input, reforming curriculum, etc. |
