| Abstract: | A law-ruled government gains its power,administrates and takes legal responsibilities according to the requirements of laws.It is a limited,service,transparent,honest,efficient and responsible government.Constructing a law-ruled government is the implementation of the Strategy of Governing the Country According to Law and a milestone of socialistic democratic and legal construction,as well as our strategic reply to the challenges of WTO. |
