| 摘 要： | 通过正交试验和反相高效液相法优化龙胆有效成分提取方法，把以此方法所得的各龙胆和坚龙胆对照品供试液色谱图导入中药指纹图谱相似度评价软件系统（2004A版）进行相似度评价和色谱指纹图谱的检验。结果表明：超声波方法提取效果最佳，即温度80℃，提取剂75％乙醇，样品固体质量和提取剂体积比为1：30，提取时间约40min；样品与坚龙胆色谱峰相似度在0．8以上特征峰5个。采用反相高效液相色谱指纹图谱可有效控制龙胆的质量。
