| 摘 要： | 中小学新课程的实施给作为师资“工作母机”的师范院校带来了全新的挑战。师范院校必须以积极扎实的态度，以科学细致的精神，在办学理念，课程设置，教育教学方法等方面进行认真有效的转变和改革，才能跟上新课程建设的步伐，最终引领新课程改革的潮流，为新课程建设提供积极的人才储备和先进的智力支持。
