| 摘 要： | 采用测色配色法检测被染织物,发现低聚物去除剂的加入可明显提高织物的光亮度;同时,利用氯仿萃取法测定了织物上低聚物的含量,并比较了三种工艺处理的织物摩擦牢度,结果表明,加入低聚物去除剂能简单、有效地去除低聚物对织物染色的影响。

| Abstract: | Reasons for oligomer formation and its influence on fabric dyeing during the polyester dyeing process and effective methods to solve the problem were all discussed.The color measuring and matching system was used to measure the dyed fabric,and it was found that the adding of oligomer inhibitor could improve the lightness of fabric obviously.The chloroform extraction method was used to measure the content of oligomer on the fabric. |
