| 摘 要： | 教师信念是指教师对有关教与学现象的某种理论、观点和见解的判断，它影响着教育实践和学生的身心发展。教师信念不仅会影响教师知觉与处理班级中信息与问题的方式，而且教师在形成教学目标以及定义教学任务的方式上，教师信念也扮演着一个重要的角色，并且还会影响教师的行为方式与教学效能感。教师信念正确与否决定着教学改革和教学效果的成败。文章介绍了国外关于教师信念的主要研究进展，包括教师信念的特征、基本假设，教师信念与有效教学、教学改革的关系，以及研究教师信念的意义。

| Abstract: | Teachers＇ belief, a judgment of theories, perspectives and insights concerning instruction and study, influences educational practice and students＇ mental and physical development. It plays a pivotal role in teachers＇ perception of and response to issues and problems in classes, and also in their defining teaching tasks, targets and efficiency. It even determines the results of teaching reform and class instructions. The essay aims to survey the development of overseas researches involving properties, hypothesis and values of teachers＇ belief, and its effects on teaching and its innovation. |
