| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆建设起来后，图书馆事业的任务、服务目标与服务内容都有了很大的变化。但是图书馆的基本性质没有变，图书馆事业的宗旨没有变。图书馆仍然是普及教育、普及文化、传播知识与信息的机构。图书馆应该仍然是一个公益性的事业。性是图书馆实现其工作目标与工作宗旨的基本保证。
