| 摘 要： | 外商直接投资和对外贸易的快速发展对上海经济增长速度的加快、技术水平的提升、产业结构的优化起到了重要推动作用。鉴于时间序列可能存在非平稳性，首先进行了单位根检验，运用Johansen检验方法，估计出变量之间的协整关系，并运用脉冲响应函数进行动态分析。研究表明，上海市外商直接投资与对外贸易之间表现为互补关系，在此基础上提出了政策建议。

| Abstract: | Foreign direct investment and foreign trade plays an important role in promoting Shanghai′s economic growth,technology level and industrial structure.Given the non-stationary of time series,this paper conducts a unit root test,estimates cointegration relationship between variables by using Johansen test method and conducts dynamic analysis by using impulse response function.The results show that there are complementary relationship between Shanghai foreign direct investment and foreign trade.At last,this paper makes policy recommendations. |
