| Abstract: | Students'status files are the primary records of students'performance during their school years, which needs strengthened care and control to achieve good management. The work not only involves collection,filing and preservation of the files, but requires efforts on making good use of them as well. The administration work should be standardized and scientific to serve for teaching control, for students as well as their potential employers. |
