摘    要:用现代企业人力资源科学管理提升传统的企业人事管理,已成为21世纪企业管理的新思路.人力资源的培育、开发和应用,不仅是经济增长的决定性因素,也是直接构成企业核心竞争力的关键性战略资源.在知识经济占主导地位的21世纪,引进人才,善用人才,留住人才是企业迎接知识经济的必然选择,也是面对新世纪谋求自身发展的必然选择.

Abstract:It has become a new way of thinking of business enterprise management in 21st centuries which promoting the traditional business enterprise personal management with science management of modern business enterprise human resource. The breeding, development and application of human resource are not only the decisive factor of the economic growth, but also the decisive strategic resources of directly composing business enterprise core competencies. At the knowledge-based economy predominate position of 21 st centuries, usher in talented person, know how to handle the talented person, keep talented person is an inevitable choice for the business enterprise greeting the knowledge-based economy, and also an inevitable choice a to seek oneself development in new century.
