镗孔时发生让刀现象分析及解决方法

摘    要:通过镗孔时让刀现象的原因分析,探索消除让刀有效方法。结果表明,镗孔时让刀的原因有镗杆受力产生的弯曲弹性挠变和简谐运动;镗杆与导向套的精度及配合间隙产生圆周滑动和单摆运动;镗床导轨进给方向与主轴轴线不平行产生爬行和偏摆运动三个方面。可以从提高镗杆的刚度和螺旋下刀加工方式;采用回转式镗套前后双导向支承;改善润滑条件和改进机床设计方法加以解决。

Abstract:This paper tries to explore the effective method to eliminate let knife by analyzing the reasons for the phenomenon of let knife during boring hole.The study shows there are three reasons for the phenomenon of let knife during boring hole. First reason is thebending elastic deflection and simple harmonic motion produced by force of Tang rod;Second reson is the precision of Tang rod and lead cover,as well the circumference slide and simple pendulum produced by the coordination gap of Tang rod and lead cover;Third reason is the crawl and simple pendulum,as a resutlt of there isn’t parallel between the rail feed direction of boring machine and the axis of main. Acoording to the above reasons,the author put forwad to three solution method for the phenomenon of let knife during boring hole.First method is improve the rigidity of Tang rod and the processing way of spiral kniving;second method is adopting two lead supportingof rotary type Tang cover;third method is improving lubrication condition and improvingt the design method of machine.
