| Abstract: | The fulfillment of the scientific concept of development in colleges and universities entails unbinding mind, human-based education concept, pushing forward the scientific, harmonious development with high priority. Besides, content augmentation and quality also enjoy high priority. We should create harmonious academic environment which includes various academic branches, abides mistakes and failures, accepts and encourage juniors, and respects individuality of intellectual. |
