| 摘 要： | 随着全球贸易投资自由化的深入发展,在我国加入WTO的背景下,外商投资正发生着一些引人注目的变化。本文根据近年来的形势分析,对今后影响我国吸收外商投资的积极因素做出判断,并探讨了外商在华直接投资发展趋势可能出现的特点。
