摘    要:目前河北省高职院校教师激励机制存在着激励方式单一、薪酬支付方式陈旧、考评体系“中庸”、职称评定制度盲从以及科研激励机制不健全等问题。为此,应优化分配制度;健全教师培训机制;完善考核体系建设;健全科研管理体系。

Abstract:The incentive mechanisms for vocational college teachers are out-dated in way of payment, appraisal, and assessment of professional titles. Hence, countermeasures are proposed to optimize the dis- tributions, improve teacher trainings, performance evaluation and scientific management.
