基于生产性实训基地教学的“市场营销”课程建设

摘    要:依托生产性实训基地进行课程建设和教学是高职院校提升专业建设内涵、提高人才培养质量的重要途径。石家庄职业技术学院管理系依托康辉旅行社营业部、天元超市加盟店两个生产性实训基地,以"市场营销"课程为切入点,探索了"课程架构项目化,教学内容任务化,学习过程工作化"的课程建设模式,组建了校企融合的教学团队,编写了指导实训基地运营教学的实训指导手册,其人才培养质量获得行业好评。

Abstract:The training-based curricular construction is important for vocational colleges to improve their quality of teaching. The department of management, Shijiazhuang Vocational Technology Institute joins with the Comfort Travel Agency and Tianyuan supermarket to set up a teaching practice workshop. This paper takes marketing as a starting point, establishing a project-centered curricular system, combi- ning the teaching staff with business clerks, and exercising a task- driven teaching model.
