| 摘 要： | 专业运动团队是我国竞技体育组织的基本单位,肩负着奥运争光的重任。运用文献资料调研和逻辑分析等方法,将运动团队运作机制归纳为管理——整合机制、动力——激励机制和制胜力——打造机制3个方面,并分别分析了各自的主要特征、关联因素及作用过程和原理。

| Abstract: | Professional sports team is the essential unit of our sports organization and undertakes the important task of Olympic Glorious Program.Through using the method of literature investigation and logical analysis,this paper divided operation mechanism of sports team into management-integration mechanism,dynamic-incentive mechanism and winning competence forging mechanism,analyzed each characters,connect factors,process and principle. |
