高职院校“五位一体”创新创业教育体系的建构

摘    要:创新创业教育是高职院校寻求变革发展的新内容,是高职院校人才培养模式优化的新载体,也是促进高职院校学生全面发展的引擎,迫切需要我们建构符合高职院校学生特点的创新创业教育体系以实现新的发展。针对上述要求,建构了“五位一体”创新创业教育体系,即以培养学生的创新创业能力为中心,“课程引领”“社团互助”“团队扶持”“模拟体验”和“创业实践”等五个实践体围绕该中心,依次推进,形成一个循环的发展体系。以宁波城市职业技术学院为例,介绍了“五位一体”创新创业教育的创建和运行过程。

Abstract:Education on innovation and entrepreneurship helps fuel changes among vocational colleges, improves the way the pipeline of talents is trained, and empowers students to seek holistic development. It is, therefore, highly relevant to put in place an education system in innovation and entrepreneurship tailored to students receiving vocational education. In response to that task, the education system that focuses on five areas has been established. The five areas include curriculum guidance, mutual help among organizations, teamwork, analog experience and entrepreneurship practice. These areas reinforce each other in ways that help students become more innovation-and-entrepreneurship-minded down the road. The thesis provides insights into how the particular kind of education is built and managed by citing Ningbo City College of Vocational Technology as an example
