| 摘 要： | 在国家大力发展高等职业教育政策的引导下，我国高等职业教育事业得到了迅速发展。在高职教育发展过程中，师资问题已成为制约高职教育快速、健康发展的“瓶颈’，最突出表现为“双师型”师资的缺乏。面对高职院校“双师型”师资队伍建设的主要困难，有必要加强“双师型”师资队伍建设，拓宽“双师型”师资队伍的培养途径。

| Abstract: | In countries which are vigorously developing higher vocational education policy under the guidance, of the cause of higher vocational education in China has been developing rapidly. In the course of development of higher vocational education, teacher of higher vocational education has become constraints rapid and healthy development of the ＇bottleneck＇, the most outstanding performance for the＂ Double Type ＂teacher shortage. Analysis the main difficulties of the higher vocational college＂ Double Type ＂teachers construction. To explore the ＂Double Type＂ Teachers need to make ＂Double Type＂ ways of training teachers. |
