| Abstract: | Citizen education refers to those educational activities which focus on founding citizen consciousness, improving citizen quality and training citizen capability of political participation. This paper begins with observing and analyzing the essence of citizen, then relates the basic connotation of the historical evolution of the citizen education. It has also discussed the construction of citizen education in our country. |
