| 摘 要： | 文章通过对湘西北地区幼儿教师现状的调查了解,对幼儿教师职前培养与职后培训进行了思考,从政策支持、学校课程体系建设、学生专业技能训练、职后培训模式、园本培训等方面进行了分析,为提高幼儿教师专业素质,提升学前教育专业的发展,提供了一些经验和借鉴。

| Abstract: | picked by means of the northwest of the investigation of the status quo of the preschool teachers understand,for preschool teachers’ pre-service training and after training the thinking,from the policy support,school curriculum system construction,the students’ professional skills training,after training mode,the respect such as garden this training are analyzed,in order to improve teachers’ professional quality,improve preschool education professional development,and provides some experience and reference. |
