| 摘 要： | FDI吸收能力是指东道国吸收外资效应、特别是技术外溢效应的能力。主流观点认为东道国相对于发达国家的技术差距越大，吸收FDI技术溢出的能力也越强。但我国工业行业数据的检验表明，上述结论不适用我国，相反，我国国内企业较高的技术水平、与外资企业之间较低的技术差距成为我国企业有效吸收FDI效应的重要能力。

| Abstract: | The absorptive capability of FDI means the capability to absorb FDI effect, especially technology spillover. The mainstream of viewpoint is that the greater the technology gap is, the stronger the absorptive capability of FDI spillover effect is. However, the above conclusion is not true in our industry. On the contrary, the higher-level technology of our domestic enterprises and the smaller technology gap to those FDI enterprises are the important capability factors of absorbing FDI effect. |
