| 摘 要： | 阐述了我国高校高水平运动队的发展历程,强调政策是决定全国各高校办高水平运动队的风向标.提出净化高校比赛环境,还高校比赛是业余比赛的本来面目.努力把我国高校高水平运动队办成我国职业队的孵化器;使之成为我国竞技体育培养体系区分业余与职业的重要环节.
