| 摘 要： | 随着涉外诉讼案件的日益增多,我国的法庭口译工作也在显著增加。然而,法庭口译具有与一般口译不同的严肃性和复杂性。为了维护我国法律的尊严,维护和保障涉外诉讼当事人的权益,从法制原则和法制文化,以及法庭交际中的语体的差异性、事实的客观性与观点的对抗性的角度,探讨法庭口译的求变与求不变,以帮助提高法庭口译的质量,实现法庭诉讼的公平和有效。

| Abstract: | With the rapid growth of foreign-related lawsuit cases,court interpretation has increased significantly.However,for its seriousness and complexity,court interpretation is quite different from other kinds of interpretations.In order to improve the quality of the court interpretation for keeping the dignity of our laws and smooth going of the court proceedings,protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties involved in the foreign-related lawsuit cases,and achieve a fair and effective result,the author puts forward in this paper the idea of transformation and adaptation in court interpretation on the basis of presenting the characteristics of court interpretation,analyzes the differences of the law principles and law culture,the language styles,objectivity of the facts and counterargument of views in the court communication. |
