摘    要:在工科院校开设“食品营养学”公共选修课程,是学校素质教育的一个重要组成部分。在“食品营养学”公共选修课教学中,应精选教学内容,确定教学主线及重难点;教师要不断学习,及时补充学科发展前沿知识;采用“多媒体+录像”的教学手段和灵活的考查方式;多向学生推荐优秀参考书及学习网站,以拓宽学生知识面;针对一些营养学的热点和误区进行课堂讨论,并注意与其他课程的联系,以丰富学生知识面。

Abstract:Taklng Food Nutrition, as a public elective course, is an important part of education for all-round development in engineering colleges. The content and the difference should be classified for the course. At the same time, the teachers are required to study for keeping the pace of the development of the subject by hard working. For giving students a deep impression, multimedia and different conference books and wed sites can be commended. Some hotspot and mistake of nutrition can be discussed by arranging discussion on the course to make enrichment of the knowledge.
