| 摘 要： | 受客观条件的制约及其它诸多因素的影响，青海省产业结构偏离度较大，比较劳动生产率偏低，第二、三产业的劳动力需求弹性较大。要提高劳动力资源配置效率，有赖于符合省情的进一步市场化改革。

| Abstract: | Influencde and restricted by objective conditions and other factors,it show Qinghai province with greater degree of deviation in industrial structure,lower relative productivity and greater elasticity of demand for Labour in the secondary and tertiary industy.Therefore,it must rely on further marketizing reform to improve efficiency of disposing Labour resource. |
