摘    要:2011年8月至2011年12月对福建省三都澳大黄鱼种质资源保护海域营养盐、溶解氧和化学需氧量的含量监测,结果表明:湾内氨氮、硝酸盐、总溶解无机氮及其活性磷酸盐的含量有所上升,存在着赤潮发生的隐患;营养盐的结构开始发生变化,在8月氮磷比为23.32-31.54,超过了Redfield比值;9-12月维持在7.91-12.65,低于Redfield比值;前期表现出缺磷,后期表现出缺氮,最主要表现在缺氮.溶解氧维持在一、二类水质之间;而化学需氧量一直维持在一类水质标准.通过计算得出三都澳大黄鱼种质资源保护海域的平均E值为3.85,呈现出富营养化状态.

Abstract:The result of monitoring the amount of nutrient salts,dissolved oxygen and chemical oxygen demand in the Genetic Resources Sea Area of Large Yellow Croaker of Sanduao,Fujian province,from August to December in 2011,showed that the amount of ammonia nitrogen,nitrate,total DIN and active phosphate has somewhat risen in the bay,which may leads to red tide.And the structure of nutrient salts also starts to change.In August,the ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus was 23.32:31.54,exceeding the Redfield ratio.While from September to December it stayed 7.91:12.65,less than the Redfield ratio.So it was short of phosphorus in the early period and later was lacking in nitrogen.And dissolved oxygen maintained between the first class water quality and the second.Chemical oxygen demand always kept the first standard of water quality.Through calculation the average E in the Sea Area of Sanduao is 3.85,which suggests the bay is in the state of eutrophication.
