| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、专家访谈、录像观察等方法,对修订后的柔道规则和近两年国际国内柔道比赛进行了研究分析,提出了适应新规则的应对措施和建议,强调针对新规则,创新技术训练、战术训练;强化体能训练和心理训练是提高运动员竞技能力和竞赛成绩的重要途径.

| Abstract: | This article puts forward measures and recommendations to adapt to the new rules on the analysis of the revised Judo rules,the international and domestic judo competitions in the past two years by the method of literature,expert interviews,and video observation and so on.The article emphasizes that innovative technology and tactical training,strengthening the physical and psychological training aim at the new rules is important ways to improve the sportsman＇s athletic ability and competition results. |
