| 摘 要： | 切实加强社会主义道德建设,通过公民道德建设的不断深化和拓展,逐步形成与发展社会主义市场经济相适应的社会主义道德体系,这是提高全民族素质的一项基础性工程,是社会主义现代化建设的本质要求。高师院校的培养目标是基础教育教师,宣传贯彻落实好社会主义荣辱观教育,这既是高师院校自身特性决定了的,同时对于提高全民族的思想道德素质也具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | In order to gradually form a socialist moral system in accordance with the development of socialist market economy,we will strengthen,deepen,and extend our moral education to people.It is an essential project for us to improve their quality and is also a fundamental requirement for our socialist modernism.The training goal for normal universities is to cultivate future teachers for elementary education.Tthey will well advocate,implement,and fulfill socialist concept of honor and disgrace(SCHD),and this is decided by their own characteristics,and it will bring significance towards improving the ideological,moral, scientific and cultural qualities of the whole people. |
