| 摘 要： | 某公司近几年的销售收入成指数增长,为满足市场需要,迅速在全国范围内布点建厂,XX项目就是其中的一个项目,XX项目的建设投资大幅超出投资估算,文本从投资估算、组织机构的设置、设计、合同管理、项目组织模式五个方面深入分析其投资估算超出的原因,以总结项目投资经验,更好地控制后续项目建设的投资。

| Abstract: | In recent years, a certain company＇s sales revenue has dramatically increased. This thesis analyzes the reasons why the investment estimates of XX item in this company is out of control from investment estimate, organization, design, contract management, project organization mode. It sums up experience in project investment for a better control of the subsequent investment. |
