| 摘 要： | 依法治校是现代大学重要的办学理念,是建立现代大学制度的基本要求,也是办好让党和国家放心、让人民满意大学的根本途径。国家开放大学作为利用现代信息技术从事远程开放教育的新型高校,应认识并利用开放教育发展的规律,把握教育改革和发展的政策机遇,制定或修订相关规章,全力推进依法治校,办好国家开放大学。

| Abstract: | Administrating a university by law is an important educational philosophy and the fundamental requirement for the construction of contemporary university system,which is the only way for the Party and the State to be reassured and people to be satisfied.The National Open University as a new university of operating open and distance education by using modern information technology should be aware of the theory on laws of open education development,grasp the opportunity of strategy of education reform and development,and draw up or revise the rules. |
