近十年国内教育技术培训现状及对策研究

摘    要:进行教育技术培训是培养教育技术素养、提高教育技术能力和促进教师专业化发展的有效措施和途径之一。以CNKI为平台,利用SATI和Ucinet等工具,从基于CNKI的数据分析、文献关键词分析和文献内容分析3个角度,对近十年国内教育技术培训的现状进行统计及量化分析。针对目前培训现状及存在的目标不明确、缺乏有效模式、效果不显著、评价形式单一等问题,提出了积极探索有效模式、重视评价多样化、强化管理措施、加强资源建设等对策。

Research on Educational Technology Training Situation and Countermeasure Within the Recent Ten Years in China
Abstract:Educational technology training is one of effective measures to cultivate educational technology literacy, to improve educational technology ability, and to promote teachers' professional development. This paper makes statistical and quantificational analysis on domestic educational technology training situation within the recent ten from three perspectives-data analysis based on CNKI, literature keywords analysis and literature content analysis, using tools such as SATI and Ucinet. Finally, for the present training status and existing problems such as unclear goals, the lack of effective models, no significant effect, and unilateral evaluation, the thesis puts forward some countermeasures which include actively exploring effective models, attaching importance to evaluation diversification, strengthening management measures, andenhancing the resources construction.
