基于Matlab斗轮堆取料机斗轮定位研究

摘    要:斗轮堆取料机是重要的煤场机械设备之一,它的安全、有效运行对电厂的正常持续运行起着非常关键的作用。分析了斗轮机斗轮在煤场中定位的实现方法,介绍了斗轮的定位算法,给出了斗轮定位算法的程序流程,并对定位算法进行Matlab仿真实验。通过对不同堆取料工艺进行仿真实验,结果显示,定位算法能够实现对斗轮较为准确的定住。

Research on the Bucket Wheel Location of the Bucket-Wheel Stacker Reclaimer in View of Matlab
Abstract:The bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer is one of the important mechanical equipments on the coal yard. Its securityand efficient work plays the key role to the normal continuous operation of the thermal power plant. The article analyzes the implement method of the bucket wheel location on the coal yard and introduces the location algorithm of the bucketwheel. It also shows the program flow chart of the location algorithm and conducts the Matlab simulation experiments about the location algorithm. The results shows that the location algorithm can bring out the accurate location of the bucketwheel through the simulation experiments of the different technology of the stacker reclaimer.
