| 摘 要： | 本文应用多种研究方法,对师范院校学生足球裁判员的培养进行了探讨,其中包括裁判员对足球规则的理解程度、足球裁判的意识水平、判罚能力和基本功等方面.研究发现,大部分学生裁判员的业务素质呈现出较低的水平状态.对此本文提出了一些有针对性的对策与建议.
