| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对南京市部分学校、社区的阳光体育开展情况进行调查，发现阳光体育在开展过程中存在三个方面的形式主义倾向：1）阳光体育“口号化”；2）阳光体育内容“形式化”；3）阳光体育实施“理想化”。为更好地开展阳光体育运动，结合系统理论，提出了落实“阳光体育”的四个系统应对策略：1）教育质量评价体系要“创新”；2）建立阳光体育新模式，丰富阳光体育组织形式及内容；3）为阳光体育提供充足的经费保障；4）健全阳光体育的监督机制。

| Abstract: | Using the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics to study the sunlight of sports which unfolded in some universities, communities in Nan ,ling city. According to investigation, we found the sunlight of sports has three parts of formal tendency： 1 } the sunlight of sports was regarded as a mere slogan ; 2 ） the content of the sunlight of sports is fomal ;3 ） to operate the sunlight of sports is unearthly. In order to open the sunlight of sports healthy, we come up with four statics to carry out it combing with system theory ： 1 ） to innovate evaluation of quality of education ; 2 } to build new mode of the sunlight of sports and inch the content as well as its form ; 3 ） to support enough funds for the sunlight of sports ; 4 ） to robust mechanism of supervision and check for the sunlight of sports. |
