| 摘 要： | 中国经济的快速发展和国家安全保障需要大量的油气资源。培养油气地质专业高层次人才对于满足国家油气需求、提高国内油气资源利用、拓展海外油气勘探与开发、挖掘非常规油气资源具有重要意义。在高层次人才培养中需要对吃苦耐劳的奉献精神、团结协作的团队精神、脚踏实地的创新能力和谦虚好学的沟通能力进行培养。在对学生实际指导和培养过程中，初步形成了一套较好的培养思路和模式。

| Abstract: | China’s rapid economic development and national security require a lot of oil and gas resources.Cultivating advanced talents has important significance to meet the national oil and gas demand,improve utilization ratio of domestic oil and gas resources,expand the overseas oil and gas exploration and development and develop unconventional oil and gas resources.However,in the cultivating advanced talents,we need to pay attention to the following aspects: dedication of hard work,team spirit of cooperation,dependable innovation ability and modest communication ability.In the process of practical guidance and training,a set of good training thinking and model has initially formed. |
