摘    要:如何加强对中国历史文献学人才的培养,这是事关我国丰富的历史文献能否妥善保存、整理、研究与利用的重大问题.为了培养好这方面的人才,除常规做法外,当前应抓好“三个结合”,即专职人员的培养与兼职人员的培养相结合,古代文献整理研究人才的培养与现代文献整理人才的培养相结合,培养专才与培养通才相结合。

Abstract:Training personnel for the study of Chinese historical documents is related to some important issues, such as storage, classification, research and application of the rich material. Besides regular measures, the training should also focus on three combinations, that is, the combined training of full-time and part-time personnel; of personnel majoring in ancient material and those in modern documents; and of specific and general personnel.
