| 摘 要： | 在高等职业教育的人才培养方案中,素质教育体系是其重要的组成部分。素质教育体系的设计由素质目标设计、课程体系设计、资源体系设计和评价体系设计等部分组成。进行素质教育应以尊重个体素质差异为前提,以个性发展促全面发展,以隐性课程为核心,同时开展具有职业针对性或职业倾向性的素质教育。

| Abstract: | The system of quality-oriented education should be an important part in the talents' developing plan of higher vocational education.The design of the system of quality-oriented education is made up of four parts:the design of quality target,the design of curriculum system,the design of resources system and the design of evaluation system.To implement quality-oriented education,we should use the individual de-velopment to promote all-round development ,take the respect for individual differences as predication to face all students,make the recessive curriculum as core. |
