| 摘 要： | 职业体育俱乐部是职业体育的基本单位，其生存和发展是一种市场行为。就我国职业体育俱乐部的发展现状与我国资本市场的关系做出分析后认为，我国职业体育俱乐部处于发展的初级阶段，经营业绩普遍不佳，发展资金主要靠资本市场中上市企业的赞助来获得。因此，现阶段我国职业体育俱乐部与资本市场关系密切，需要资本市场的支持。
