| 摘 要： | “忠实义务”是配偶权的核心内容,也是各国婚姻法普遍规定的原则。随着国门的打开,“性解放”的西风东渐,第三插足日益猖獗。为了纯化社会风气,保护无过错配偶方的合法权益,法律必须授予其损害赔偿请求权。
