| 摘 要： | 当前工科院校校园文化中的人文精神相对缺失，这主要是由于工科院校在建设发展过程中，存在重“硬件”建设、轻“软件”改善，重制度形式、轻制度实效，以及重学生自主发展、轻教师引导的倾向所致。为此，建议工科院校遵循建设原则、转变办学理念和完善课程体系，以提升校园文化中的人文精神。

| Abstract: | This article concludes that the campus culture in engineering colleges is generally lack of the human spirit. The engineering colleges normally emphasize actual development while ignoring the development of campus culture. Also, the tendency of excessive student-centered developing style can be another reason for this problem as the students need guidance from teachers at some stages. Therefore, to enhance the development of humanistic spirit in engineering colleges, this article suggests that following the construction principles, changing the management concept and improving the curriculum design are crucial. |
