| 摘 要： | 在我国经济高速发展的形势下,如何规范电子废弃物的管理已经成为一个突出的问题.本文拟从立法入手,针对当前我国关于电子废弃物管理的实际情况,并借鉴了西方发达国家在电子废弃物管理方面立法的成功经验,提出建立行之有效的管理体制和标准体系,分析了政府、生产者、销售者、消费者各主体之间的责任承担等问题,希望能以此提高我国对于电子废弃物的管理水平,实现可持续发展的战略目标.

| Abstract: | With China's rapid economic development,it has become a hot issue how to standardize the management of electronic waste materials.Beginning with the legislation,in the light of the current situation on the management of those waste materials,the paper puts forward effective management system and standard system,learning fine experiences from the western countries.Furthermore,it analyzes many problems,such as how to share responsibilities among government,manufacturers,sellers,consumers and other subjects.Through solving these problems,to some extent,the management of electronic waste materials could be improved and the target of sustainable development be realized. |
