| 摘 要： | 从对全面预算管理涵义的完整界定入手，利用博弈论，对全面预算管理体系构建的原理进行了分析，设计出符合现代企业实际情况的全面预算管理体系。希望通过对全面预算管理的理论研究，能够为该方法在企业中的应用提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Based on defining the meaning of comprehensive budget management integrities,the paper analyzed the construction theory of comprehensive budget management system,designed the comprehensive budget management system core with the actual situation of enterprise,and then summarized the final conclusions.With a view to pro vide meaningful recommendations to the enterprise in the actual implementation of comprehensive budget management. |
